AffectionPlus follows a life as a couple stage by stage: meeting someone, living together, marrying, starting a family, separating. The four sections in the menu, travel and the law are not six separate subjects; they are six ways into the same one.
- Advice covers the stages themselves, from meeting to separating, and what surrounds them: travel, healthy living and the glossary.
- Sexuality is an essential component of life as a couple. It is the first subject people stop talking about, and one of the first causes of a break-up when nobody dares raise it.
- Health conditions everything else: contraception and infections from the first relationship, fertility and pregnancy when starting a family, addiction and mental health when a couple goes through a hard stretch.
- Astrology answers two questions people genuinely ask when they meet someone or expect a child: are we compatible, and what will this baby be like. We present it as a cultural tradition, without claiming it predicts anything.

Two principles. General pages say only what is true in every country; anything that depends on a country sits in a country page, with the governing texts, the actual procedure, timescales, costs and where to go. And what is documented is distinguished from what is custom or opinion.
