The Moon changes sign every two or three days: knowing where it will be tomorrow tells you whether the day looks smooth or tense for your sign. This page applies to the next day the same logic as today’s horoscope: the real positions of the Moon, Venus, Mars, Mercury and the Sun, compared with each of the twelve signs, then a tip drawn by lot with tomorrow’s date. At midnight, this text becomes today’s.

Aries

21 March – 19 April

The Moon does not touch your sign tomorrow: an emotionally neutral day, ideal for practical matters. Mars carries you: a good day to decide, move forward, dare a first approach. The Sun opposite your sign: the midpoint of your cycle, a time to take stock and rebalance with others. Waxing crescent: projects take shape, stay flexible.

Tidy one drawer; the mind follows.

Taurus

20 April – 20 May

The Moon is opposite your sign: the other person shows you what you would rather not see. A good day to listen rather than convince. Venus opposite your sign: the couple or relationship is the subject of the day — what you expect from the other deserves to be said. Mars square: irritability and rash moves; breathe before answering. Mercury opposite: misunderstandings possible; rephrase, check you are talking about the same thing. Waxing crescent: projects take shape, stay flexible.

One concrete gesture is worth ten promises.

Gemini

Say thank you for something specific.

Leo

23 July – 22 August

The Moon squares your sign: small frictions, impatience, sharper words than intended. Leave important conversations for the evening. Venus in tension with your sign: disagreement over wishes or money; do not settle it tomorrow. Mars is in your sign: energy and desire rise, and so does impatience — channel it into sport or a project. Mercury in tension: messages misread, delays; reread before sending. Waxing crescent: projects take shape, stay flexible.

Do one thing slowly.

Virgo

23 August – 22 September

The Moon quietly supports your sign: a simple gesture, a message, a kindness is enough to improve the day. Venus supports you: a meeting or a step closer happens without effort. Waxing crescent: projects take shape, stay flexible.

Make an appointment with yourself.

Libra

The Moon does not touch your sign tomorrow: an emotionally neutral day, ideal for practical matters. Mars gives you a nudge: initiative will be well received. The Sun is in your sign: this is your season. Take up space, decide for yourself. Waxing crescent: projects take shape, stay flexible.

Postpone what can wait, not what matters.

Scorpio

23 October – 21 November

The Moon is passing through your sign: emotions sit closer to the surface, making the day sensitive and true — say what you feel before it spills over. Venus is in your sign: your charm is on show, you are noticed, and you tolerate lukewarm relationships less. Mars square: irritability and rash moves; breathe before answering. Mercury in your sign: words come easily and important conversations go better. Waxing crescent: projects take shape, stay flexible.

Call the person you are thinking of.

Venus in tension with your sign: disagreement over wishes or money; do not settle it tomorrow. Mars opposite: someone resists you. Seek agreement rather than victory. Mercury in tension: messages misread, delays; reread before sending. Waxing crescent: projects take shape, stay flexible.

Pick one disagreement to drop.

A conversation beats a long silence.

Tomorrow’s Chinese horoscope

The Chinese calendar does not only count years: each day also carries an animal and an element, in a sixty-day cycle (ten “heavenly stems” combined with the twelve “earthly branches”). Popular Chinese astrology compares the day’s animal with your birth animal — same animal, secret friend, triangle of affinity, clash, “harm” or “punishment” — and then the day’s element with your animal’s fixed element, following the cycle of the five elements (Wood feeds Fire, Fire feeds Earth, Earth feeds Metal, Metal feeds Water, Water feeds Wood; and each restrains the one two steps further on). The result below applies those rules to the letter, and invents nothing else.

Your animal is that of your lunar birth year: if you were born in January or February, check it with the calculator — Chinese New Year falls between 21 January and 20 February.

Day pillar: Metal Monkey (yang, 庚申), day 57 of the sixty-day cycle — in the Chinese calendar the day changes at midnight.

Tomorrow’s animal is the one that ‘harms’ yours in tradition: small misunderstandings, touchiness, promises taken the wrong way. Rephrase before taking offence. Tomorrow’s element feeds yours: you receive more than you give — let yourself be helped.

Do what you promised last week.

Where these texts come from

From a small astronomical engine published on this site, which calculates every day the longitude of the Moon, the Sun and the planets (accuracy: minutes of arc for the Moon, about a degree for the planets). For each sign, the text assembles what tradition associates with the relationship between those positions and the sign: Moon in the sign, opposite, trine, square… There is no prediction and no scientific claim: astrology is a language, not a law of nature.
