Singapore. Simplified location map — Natural Earth data, public domain.

Singapore, 6 million people, applies the Women's Charter to non-Muslims — monogamy, divorce only after three years of marriage, and since 2024 a divorce by mutual agreement without proving fault — and the Administration of Muslim Law Act to Muslims, with Syariah courts for marriage and divorce. Section 377A criminalising sex between men was repealed in 2022, with a constitutional amendment protecting the definition of marriage.

Abortion is available on request up to 24 weeks, contraception is easily accessible, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Protection from Harassment Act govern data and online abuse. The pages below give the Singaporean rule for each theme, the procedures in the Family Justice Courts and the services, for citizens and for the large expatriate population.
